How did the Moristo get Il Devastatore?

I have never been able to ascertain whether the Bow was bought, stolen, or otherwise obtained. Again, uncertainty reigns. As always, Moristo methods are so shadowy that finding the truth about them is like squeezing a handful of air, climbing a ladder with no rungs, findng a harmonic on an infinite string.
